Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VoxFi (the "App", "Game", "Platform"), operated by VOXFI BRASIL DIGITAL LTDA (CNPJ 65.698.697/0001-61), Avenida Paulista, 726, Bela Vista, São Paulo – SP, Brazil. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Purpose

VoxFi is a fantasy prediction game in which users record opinions on real-world events and accumulate virtual scores based on performance. The game is 100% virtual: there is no real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or financial transactions in the core App mechanics.

Additional features, such as the optional VoxFi Pro subscription, may be offered separately and will be subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

VoxFi is intended for people aged 13 (thirteen) or older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Minors under 18 must obtain parental or guardian authorization when required by applicable law.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements or violate these Terms.

3. Account and responsibilities

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at privacy@voxfi.app if you suspect unauthorized use. VoxFi is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Game rules and scoring

Scoring, ranking, seasons, tiers, and other game mechanics are defined by VoxFi and may be adjusted for balance, integrity, or product evolution, with reasonable notice when applicable.

Scores are virtual and have no monetary value and are not convertible into cash, goods, or services, except when expressly provided in specific promotions and in compliance with applicable law.

5. No real money, wagering, or cash prizes

VoxFi is not a betting house, exchange, or investment platform. There are no deposit, withdrawal, PIX, card, or other financial mechanics in the core game.

Cash prizes, when mentioned in promotional materials or future seasons, are valid only if formally announced with clear rules and in compliance with applicable Brazilian regulation. In the current store submission build, paid features and monetary prizes are disabled or hidden.

6. User content and conduct

You may publish opinions, comments, display name, handle, and avatar. You must not publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, threatening, fraudulent content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content intended to manipulate rankings, create multiple accounts, or exploit system flaws.

VoxFi may moderate, remove content, or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or the law, without prejudice to legal remedies.

7. Intellectual property

VoxFi, its brand, logos, interface, software, text, graphics, and other App elements are owned by VoxFi or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App under these Terms. You retain rights in content you create, granting VoxFi the license necessary to operate the service (display, store, process, and distribute your opinions and comments in the game context).

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." VoxFi does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or that event outcomes or scores will meet specific user expectations.

Events in the game reflect real-world occurrences; VoxFi does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information used to resolve events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxFi and its officers, partners, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from use or inability to use the App.

VoxFi's total liability for any claim related to the App is limited, where permitted by law, to amounts you actually paid VoxFi in the 12 (twelve) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if no payments were made.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time via in-app tools (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing privacy@voxfi.app.

VoxFi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security or game-integrity risk, or when required by law or competent authority.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the App, registered email, or publication on this page, with reasonable advance notice when possible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires specific consent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo – SP are chosen as venue, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged, except mandatory consumer rights or non-waivable legal jurisdiction.
