VOXFI BRASIL DIGITAL LTDA., registered under CNPJ no. 65.698.697/0001-61 and referred to in this policy as “VoxFi”, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data collected and processed through our platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect our users’ information, as required by Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), Law no. 13,709/18.

1. What data we collect

To operate a secure prediction market that complies with regulatory requirements, we collect the following data:

• Registration and Identification Data (KYC): Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer number), address and photographs of identity documents for identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Financial and Transaction Data: Records of deposits, withdrawals, buy and sell orders, and participation in prediction markets.
• Browsing and Device Data: IP address, approximate location, device type, unique identifiers and information about your interactions with the system.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Platform Operations: To ensure the performance of prediction contracts and the management of users’ wallets, and to improve our services.
• Compliance and Security: To carry out identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and monitoring to prevent market manipulation.
• Communication: To send notifications about market outcomes, account updates and marketing communications, where authorized.

The legal bases for processing are the performance of a contract (Article 7, V of the LGPD), compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (Article 7, II of the LGPD) and the data subject’s consent (Article 7, I of the LGPD).

3. Storage and Security

We store data securely on highly reliable servers, which may be located in Brazil or abroad, using advanced encryption (TLS), multifactor authentication and strict access controls. We follow information security best practices to protect data against unauthorized access or unlawful incidents.

4. Data Sharing

VoxFi does not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service Providers: Identity verification partners, payment gateways and cloud infrastructure providers essential to our operations.
• Public Authorities: When required by law or regulatory bodies, such as Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) or Ministry of Finance.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the LGPD, you have the right to access, correct, anonymize, delete and port your data, and to withdraw consent. You may also request a review of decisions based on automated processing.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this policy and meet statutory retention periods for financial and regulatory records. After that period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

8. Changes to This Policy
