The game
What is VoxFi?
A social prediction game. You call what you think will happen in real events, from sports to science and politics, earn points when you are right and compare your score with other players on the leaderboard.
Is VoxFi a betting site?
No. There is no money in play: you do not deposit, wager or lose money. Calls earn points, and points decide your place on the leaderboard. VoxFi is not a token or a crypto project either.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. You can browse events and make calls for free on the web, iPhone and Android. An optional PRO subscription exists inside the app, with the extras listed on the PRO screen.
Scoring
How does scoring work?
It depends on the event type. In factual events the outcome comes from a verifiable fact, such as a match score. The app records the share of votes on your side at the moment you call. A correct call earns 100 minus that share; a wrong call costs that share.
Pick YES when YES sits at 30% and get it right: 70 points. Get it wrong: minus 30.
What about community events?
There is no external fact. The side with more votes at close wins, and percentages stay hidden while the event is open. Points follow the final share of your side, positive if you win and negative if you lose.
If YES closes at 75%, YES voters gain 75 and NO voters lose 25. Only the side you held at close counts.
Why is an unpopular call worth more?
Because factual scoring is locked at entry. The smaller your side's share when you call, the bigger the gain if you are right and the smaller the loss if you are wrong. Votes that arrive after yours do not change your payout.
Can I change my mind?
In open factual events you can close your position early (cash out). You get the current share of your side minus your entry share, with a flat 2-point fee. Community events have no cash-out: only the resolution pays, and switching sides replaces your position.
Who decides the outcome?
Every event page states its resolution rules and source. Factual events resolve from that source. Community events resolve by majority vote at close.

What is the rank on my profile?
A five-level scale: Apprentice, Adept, Seer, Prophet and Oracle. Prophet and Oracle are competitive, look at the last 30 days and must be maintained.
Are there prizes?
Rewards for top players are coming soon. Eligibility rules and reward details will be published when they are available.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in 12 languages, including Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Hindi. Events show in your device language.
